For lifelong Charleston resident Wyatt Burke, real estate is a family affair. His grandmother owns a real estate company, and he has many fond memories of visiting open houses as a child. This early exposure to the industry helped to forge his interest in real estate, and he has been hooked ever since.

 

Licensed in the state of South Carolina, Wyatt’s impressive background prepared him for success in the field. He spent three years working as a team leader in the food service industry, and, as a departmental manager, he perfected his skills in conflict resolution and problem solving. He transformed into a strong leader and motivated teams of over 30 people at a time.

 

When Wyatt moved into real estate, he first took on the role of inside sales agent. He worked for a commercial broker and was responsible for generating leads. Eventually, after discussing his career goals with his mentors, he made the switch to real estate sales. He is a lifelong learner and constantly seeks out knowledge that will grow his business and benefit his clients. He specializes as a listing agent for residential and commercial real estate, and he also works with buyers and investors. He has a special interest in multifamily real estate listings, and his ultimate goal is to build a multifamily investment empire.

 

When he’s not showing houses, Wyatt stays busy with plenty of outside interests. He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, fishing, and cooking, and he is an aficionado of cigars and luxury cars. He also volunteers with Seacoast Church.
