Will Hough is a native of St. Charles, Illinois, a suburb west of Chicago. After starting a junk removal business and working as a residential painter, Will found his passion in serving others and turning their vision into reality. Everyone has a vision, whether a first-time homebuyer or a well-versed investor, and Will prides himself in helping others achieve their goals. He specializes in working with buyers, sellers, and luxury properties.

Will grew up in a family where helping others was the first order of business. Throughout his childhood, his family helped foster over 30 children along with two adopted brothers. “Growing up, my siblings and I learned very quickly that food on the table and parents who care is not a given,” Will says. “Empathy and servitude were instilled in me at a young age after seeing all these kids who were neglected by the people that are supposed to take care of them. It was very eye-opening, and I am grateful for all the amazing people I met throughout my childhood.”

From a young age, Will’s grandfather owned a real estate brokerage and managed dozens of multi-family investment properties. Real estate is in his blood, and he is ready to help anyone that comes his way! When Will is not working, he enjoys being outdoors, fishing, going to the beach, and enjoying the amazing restaurants offered in Charleston, South Carolina.
