unique background shaped by years of service as a Cryptologist in the Intelligence
Community of the Navy. The six years spent in the Navy instilled in her a tenacious
work ethic, determination, and a high level of communication and negotiating skills – all
of which have become cornerstones of her successful real estate business.
The key to Theresa's success in real estate lies in her commitment to continuous
learning and growth amidst the evolving landscape of the real estate industry.
Leveraging her 25 years of experience, she navigates deals with composure and
professionalism, always prioritizing the best interests of her clients and treating them
like family. Having moved dozens of times across the United States and internationally
with her family, Theresa intimately understands the deeply personal and financially
significant nature of buying and selling a home. She recognizes the importance of

Outside of her real estate endeavors, Theresa finds joy in spending quality time with her
husband Mike, as well as with family and friends, exploring Charleston’s rich culture,
indulging in its amazing food scene, and participating in local events. She also enjoys
traveling to new destinations both within the United States and abroad, producing her
church service on Sundays, engaging in mission trips, and supporting various ministries
and local organizations.
