Mary Beth brings over 20 years of diversified experience in the Real Estate industry, with a significant focus on Commercial Real Estate. Her career began in 2004 when she established herself as a general realtor in Columbia, SC. Raised in a real estate family, she began apprenticing under her mother, a top-producing Realtor in Columbia, before graduating from high school.Driven by a passion for construction and development, Mary Beth transitioned to working with national and regional home builders as a community sales manager, gaining extensive knowledge in construction, land development, interior design, and marketing.

In 2011, Mary Beth relocated to Miami, FL, where she excelled in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management. As a key member of Florida's top Commercial Real Estate team, she specialized in acquisitions and dispositions, elevating her ability to deliver exceptional service to her clients. Her expertise in handling high-value transactions and complex deals significantly enhanced her professional acumen. Mary Beth believes Creativity and persistence are key in all aspects of representing her clients in buying and selling real estate.

After returning to Charleston in 2019, Mary Beth is happy to be back in the "Real South" and has established a residence in Harleston village. In Mary Beth’s free time she enjoys acquiring investment properties, exercise, golf, boating, and walking her two pittbull-mix pups Mayer & Vienna.
