Kristin Gainey enjoys the meaningful work that comes with real estate. To her, there is nothing more rewarding than providing honest service while guiding someone through a vital life transition such as buying or selling a home.
 
As a resident of Charleston for 15 years, Kristin is familiar with the diverse neighborhoods and communities in the Charleston real estate market. Working as an assistant to top-performing agents for five years, she gained expertise in analyzing deals, communicating with clients, and collaborating with other industry professionals to successfully close transactions. Her meticulous attention to detail and deep familiarity with legal documents and real estate contracts can make even the most complex transactions seem like a breeze.
 
With a bachelor's degree in business and over 10 years of sales experience, Kristin’s work ethic pushes her to continually improve the level of service she provides her clients. From learning innovative strategies to navigate the local market to cultivating more impactful ways to care for her client's unique property needs, Kristin’s passion and determination make her the ideal partner to help guide you through any real estate transaction.
 
In addition to helping her clients, Kristin is passionate about learning everything there is to know about real estate investing. She loves to spend her free time with her son, her husband, and their dog, Pumpkin. Together, they enjoy hiking and traveling as often as possible.
