Dylan Sweat is a Real Estate professional with Three Real Estate in the Tri-County area of Charleston, South Carolina. He specializes in building impactful relationships with his buying, selling, and investor clients in order to bring their dreams to fruition. His seamless communication, exceptional negotiation skills, and expertise in the full scope of the real estate transaction gives his clients the peace of mind that their number one investment is in the best hands possible.  Dylan is originally from the Charleston area, specifically living in Dorchester and Charleston counties. He brings the expertise of being familiar with these areas specifically as well as the surrounding communities. He is extremely passionate about living in the communities that he serves and is able to give clients a wealth of information about Charleston and what it has to offer. More importantly, he is able to convey various intricacies of the surrounding communities and why certain clients would thrive in specific areas of Charleston. Dylan graduated from East Tennessee State in Johnson City, Tennessee. He relocated back to the Lowcountry in the summer of 2020. He has been a licensed Real Estate professional since 2021 and hit the ground running. During his leisure he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Erica, who is an educator at West Ashley High School. They enjoy taking in what Charleston has to offer by indulging in the cuisine, exploring historical landmarks, and relaxing by the beautiful beaches.
